Kim's Kitchen - Tingkat Meals

Due to busy work schedule, sometimes hubby and I will get to have our dinner only around 8 or 9pm :(  It is not economical for us to cook and also, by the time we reach home, we will be too tired to cook.  We would usually go down to the nearby foodcourt or coffeeshop together to have our dinner or one of us will go and "da bao" back dinner.  Normally, we will just order "Zi Char" like hor fun, fried bee hoon for dinner.

I felt that we need a more balanced diet and decided to order Tingkat Meals to solve our problems.  After doing a bit of research and also did a bit of comparison of the pricing amongst the different caterer, I decided to order from Kim's Kitchen.  $170 for 2 pax, 20 meals.  We signed up for the 5-day trial first with every meal consisting of a soup and 3 dishes.  Yesterday, our first tingkat meal arrived.
Braised Meat Ball Delight
Deep Fried Fish Special
Meat Sauce Long Bean Special
White Fungus Chicken Soup
Hubby and myself were quite satifisfied with our first tingkat meal.  They also provided us with a 2-weeks menu.  Most likely we will continue using their service after the 5-day trial period.  :)

Now you are ordering from which caterer? I am still open to other choices :)

Hi Miso
Im the Anon above. To answer your question, I am currently ordering from Select. Food's all right, but I still prefer Kim's. Several other caterers that I've tried, which are quite all right, are Neo Garden and Empire Catering too.

We, working people, have no choice at times but to order tingkat. It gets very tedious having to decide what to eat every evening :-)

Yup... I am still ordering from them. They are very flexible ie allow for cancellation on days that you need to dine out. They will only charge you after 20 meals. You may want to sign up for their 5-day trial first?
