I had booked 4 nights stay at Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit, a luxurious 5-star hotel. Got a good deal from The Entertainer and we got 1 room night for 1 room night free, which average around $110 per night (including tax) for the luxury room with King sized bed. We reached the hotel in the morning. It is nearer to Nana BTS station and also within walking distance from Terminal 21 shopping mall (Asoke station).
Welcome drink from the hotel. The drink tasted like ribena, very sweet. After settling all the booking and deposit, we went Chatuchak weekend market as the room would not be ready until 2pm.
A sweet surprise for us when we opened our room! They were so thoughtful to use the towel to create the swan heart with petals scattered on the bed to welcome us! So lovely!
PS: I didn't ask the hotel to arrange for this. I merely mentioned that I would like to secure the room for my wedding anniversary in my email to them during booking.
The room was very clean and there is free wifi in the room too.
Love the toiletries! The hotel uses L'Occitane luxury toiletries.
L'Occitane soap and mini bottles of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion.
The bathtub is actually facing the TV and there is speaker in the bathroom. You can watch TV programmes with audio whilst you are enjoying your bath in the bathtub. Otherwise, you can draw down the blinds if you need privacy.
