Hi to all people who love food like me!! This blog is basically for me to post photos of the food that I enjoy and also, to discuss good food with fellow foodies. I am no food critic and I believe that taste of the food can be quite subjective. I have also decided to add in my travel blog and some bits and pieces of my life here. If you have the time, do drop by and feel free to browse around! Cheers! =P

Off to Bugis on New Year Day... to get iPhone 4
Japanese Sweets Buffet... I have not tried this yet, not too sure whether it is good. I had received an invitation from them for food tasting but too bad my schedule didn't allow me to attend.
Our dinner at "The Soup Spoon" after getting my new iPhone! :D
Clam Chowder Soup
Mushroom Soup
Total cost about $16 for the 2 large bowls of soup.
At Bugis Street, we came across something special...
Dragon Ball Milk Tea
Every different coloured pearl has a different flavour such as pumpkin, yam, apple etc. We found it interesting and ordered the dragon ball milk tea ($2.50).
The pearls were of different colours but to me, they seemed to taste all the same in this milk tea.

The Soup Spoon (Bugis Branch)
Of course, this was not the first time I patronized "The Soup Spoon". However, I thought I should mention it here in my blog since I have always loved their soup. Yesterday, after attending a briefing at Buona Vista, I took the train down to Bugis. Looking for somewhere quiet, I decided to settle down at "The Soup Spoon". I ordered my favourite Boston Clam Chowder soup. It always never fail to disappoint me with its chunky clams or shall I call them chewy clams? Simply love the chewiness of the clams, almost every scoop I can find them. The soup is thick with chunky pieces of potatos.
Close-up.... Spot the clam?

I ordered the set meal. Topped up another $3.70 for a sandwhich and a glass of lemon tea. I decided to try the roasted beef wasabi sandwich.
Roasted Beef Wasabi Sandwich

The sandwich itself was ok. But the salad was yucky... I only took one bite of the salad.
