Day 5 - Dim Sum Lunch at Tim Ho Wan添好運, Olympian City II (Hong Kong)

The old shop at Mongkok area had been re-located to a bigger premise in this shopping mall - Olympian City.  We reached near noon and didn't have to queue at all to get a seat inside the restaurant.  Currently, if you intend to go to Tim Ho Wan at its Singapore outlet at Plaza Singapura, the wait-time is around 1.5 hours if you go during noon time.
Vermicelli Roll with Pig's Liver
The liver was slightly over-cooked and chewy instead of those melt-in-the-mouth type, but still it was much better than the Plaza Singapura's outlet.
(Yes, I tried Tim Ho Wan at Singapore too after my Hong Kong Trip).
 Deep-Fried Beancurd roll with Shrimp
 Har-Gow
The legendary Char Siew Buns (Baked Buns with BBQ Pork) ... They have the "bolo buns" (pineapple buns) type of crispy crust, like sweet sugar cookie laid on the exterior.
The fillings were generous but quite sweet.
Steamed Chicken Feet with Black Bean Sauce
Tonic Medlar & Osmanthus Cake
Sweet ending to our meal.  :)
The staff were very thoughtful.  They checked with us that all the other dim sum that we ordered were served before they changed our oily utensils and served this last course of dessert to us.

Overall, the experience eating at this Tim Ho Wan outlet was good. There was no need to beat the crowd and the restaurant was air-conditioned, big and spacious. The service staff was also friendly and attentive, not really common in a typical HK cafe.
