Lunch at People's Park Food Centre

Went down to ASA holidays at People's Park to get the neccessary documents for our Melbourne trip end of the month.  Holiday is coming soon!  Yay!  Really looking forward to end of the year holiday!  :)

After that, we went to the food centre to have our lunch.  We shared a plate of steamed pork dumplings from Tian Jin with hubby.  They have pan-fried ones as well but we chose the healthier version.
Didn't know I can find such nice porridge here.  Mixed pork innards porridge.  The liver was cooked just right, very tender and same for the pork stomach.  Yum Yum!
After stirring....
The only setback in dining at hawker centre is that there is no air-conditioner.  However, for the sake of good food, I don't mind coming back here for the porridge again despite having to use 3 pieces of tissue to wipe off my sweat!

I tried the steamed pork dumplings before. The skin was quite hard. The Yong Tau Foo there is quite nice.

Yup... The dumpling skin is rather thick. Both Yong Tau Foo stalls' queue were very long, so didn't get to try yet.
