After a disappointing visit at Fatcat almost half a year ago, I revisited Fatcat Ice-cream Bar last Friday after lunch with my colleagues at Nakhon Kitchen around the same area. We reached around 10 minutes before opening hours (1pm) and we were the first customers this time! So don't tell me there wasn't any Charcoal Waffle!

Their menu is quite limited. We ordered the Charcoal Waffle ($6) with added Salted Egg Yolk Sauce ($1).
We chose Pistachio Ice-cream to top it up on our waffle.

I would recommend topping up $1 for the addition of the sauce. The waffle indeed didn't disappoint and the flavour was greatly enhanced by the salted egg yolk sauce. The gourmet waffle was also served with caramel sauce around it with sprinkle of dried lavender. Indeed, you can get an instagram-worthy photo from this.
